The buying process

Users are able to see all the products on the website and, once they have registered, they can begin purchasing through a virtual shopping cart, to which they can add the desired products. The process starts by clicking on the button displaying the ‘Add to cart’ message or a similar one.

When users decide that they have already selected all desired products or services, they can start processing their order either by clicking the option ‘View Cart’ or a similar one, which will allow them to check the products or services in the shopping cart. Alternatively, they can choose the ‘Checkout’ option or one that is similar to it, which will allow them to view the total price of their purchase, the associated taxes and the transport costs, if any.

Next, users will have the option to choose between different payment options before making the payment from the chosen payment gateway. Users will then confirm the order information on screen and an email will be sent to the user’s email address to confirm the transaction.

Accepted payment methods:

The price of the products is represented in euros and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT).

In the case of payment via debit card or Visa the owner of the website does not have access to the bank details linked to the account that the user utilized for that payment. The owner of the website has no knowledge of this data and does not store it at any point of the transaction.

Once the purchase is completed, users will receive a summary of their purchase to the email address they provided during their registration. The summary will include the date, a list of the acquired products or services, the total price, the delivery method, and the order number.

 

Shipping conditions

The owner of the website is obliged to send the purchased products or services to anyone within the area known as Peninsular Spain. No shipping will be carried out outside of this territory.

Shipping costs may be added when purchasing certain products or services. These will be clearly indicated before placing the order.

The owner of the website will ensure that the package arrives in perfect condition to the customer.

The owner of the website cannot be held responsible for possible delays in the delivery of the purchased products or services, which may occur due to causes that are unattributable to the owner of the website, due to events of force majeure or due to unforeseen circumstances.

The products or services will be delivered at the address provided by the user. The owner of the website will not be held responsible in the event that such products or services cannot be delivered due to the inaccuracy or falsification of the data provided for this purpose.

If the intended recipient of the products or services is not at home at the time of the delivery, a new delivery will be arranged with the transport company, either to the intended recipient’s home or to a new address. If the package has not been successfully delivered after seven working days from the last delivery attempt, it will be returned. This will result in the termination of the established contract, thus releasing both parties.

At the user’s discretion, the purchased products or services may be picked up at a store.

Shipping times will differ depending on the intended recipient’s zip code. As a general rule, shipments will be delivered within a period of 72 hours after the product has left our facilities.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Article 102 d) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November 2007, which approved the Consolidated Draft of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, buyers have 14 calendar days following the delivery of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to offer justifications or be subject to penalties.

Users (buyers) must contact the owner of the website and state their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal within the estimated time period before returning the product following the methods that have been agreed upon for this process.

The owner of the website will reimburse all amounts paid by the buyer. However, the buyer is responsible for paying for the return of the product.

Once the product has been returned, the owner of the website will verify that the products or services are in mint condition, after which the money will be paid back within 14 calendar days. If a product is not in its original packaging it may be subject to depreciation.

 

Returns 

 

If you wish to return a product for any reason, you must do so within 14 calendar days of its arrival to your home. In order to proceed with the return, the product must be in perfect condition, new, and unused, other than to check that it works properly and that it is in good condition. Moreover, it must include all the elements that make up the product, without missing any part, element, accessory, manual…

 

If the product is not in its original packaging, it may be subject to depreciation.

 

To proceed with the return, an email should be sent to info@masdoix.com indicating the order number or, in its absence, the product that is to be returned. The return process will then begin. The product has to be sent to the following address:

The buyer is responsible for handing the product to the transport or courier company, as well as for using packaging that is suitable for transport. The buyer is always responsible for the shipping costs.  

 

Once the product has been received at our offices, we will check that it meets the conditions to be accepted under the right of withdrawal. If everything is in order, the price of the returned product will be paid back in a period of up to 14 calendar days.

 

 

Warranties

All products sold on this website have guarantees governed by the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). Therefore, as sellers of the product, we are liable to our buyers in accordance with current regulations.

 

The warranty will cover situations of non-conformity with the purchased product, that is, when the product does not meet the conditions established by the aforementioned law. This warranty will cover products purchased by natural persons or juridical persons.

 

The warranty period starts from the moment the product is received by the customer for a duration of two years, or for only one year in the case of juridical persons. During the first six months of the warranty period, it is assumed that non-conformity with the product has existed since its delivery. From the sixth month onwards, the buyer must prove that the non-conformity is not the consequence of his or her actions, of neglicence or of a lack of proper maintenance.

 

In order to exercise the right to make a claim using the warranty, it will be necessary to submit a copy of the delivery receipt of the product or, in its absence, a copy of the issued invoice.

 

From the moment the non-conformity with the received product becomes apparent, the buyer has up to two months to report his or her lack of conformity. After those two months, the warranty will continue to cover the product and the buyer’s non-conformity, but he or she will be liable for any damages caused or aggravated by the delay.

The warranty of the product may consist on its replacement with another product, a repair, a price reduction and also on the termination of the sales contract.

 

The buyer may choose between the replacement or repair of the product, as long as these two options are equally reasonable in both technical and monetary terms. In both cases, whether replacement or repair, it will be free of charge to the purchaser, with the website owner bearing all costs necessary to fulfill the warranty in order to achieve the user’s conformity with the product, including those derived from the transport and shipment of the products; the costs of the repair parts; labour costs; and any other expenses derived from the warranty process.

 

The replacement or repair of the product covered by the warranty will be carried out in the shortest possible time frame, taking into consideration the particular characteristics of the product. The warranty period will be suspended for the duration of the replacement or repair of the product. The suspension of this period begins when the product has been delivered to us and will last until the product has been replaced or repaired and then sent back to the buyer. If during the six months following the delivery of the repaired product it is still defective for the same reasons as those initially stated, we will be responsible for the repair. These defects will be assumed to have been caused by the same issue unless proven otherwise.

 

If the product has been replaced or repaired and returner to the buyer, but he or she still claims non-conformity, the buyer may once again demand a replacement or repair of the product, in accordance with the previous agreement. The buyer may also demand a reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.

 

If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, the buyer may demand a reduction of the price or the termination of the contract. However, the contract may not be terminated if the non-conformity were deemed inconsequential. The price reduction shall always be proportional to the difference between the value the product had at the time of delivery if it had conformed with the contract, and the actual value of the product at the time of said delivery.

 

Before returning the product, the buyer must fill out a return document specifying the reasons for his or her lack of conformity, properly sign it, and include it alongside the product. The buyer must send all of the above to:

Once we have received the product at our facilities, we will send an email containing a document certifying the reception of the product, which will include the date and cause of the non-conformity reported by the buyer. Likewise, alongside the replaced or repaired product, the buyer will be sent a document stating the operations that were carried out in the repair process or mentioning that a new product is being delivered to him or her.
