Elaboration and agening
The first step in the winery is a careful selection of the grapes on the selection table. Then they go through the pneumatic press, with gentle and respectful pressing, and the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at 16 °C. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, we protect the wine to prevent it from undergoing malolactic fermentation.Bottling

Vintage 2025
The spring of 2025 is particularly rainy and replenishes water reserves for the rest of the season. Thanks to this, the plants can withstand with dignity the extremely hot and dry summer, with temperatures similar to 2022 and 2023. September arrives with normal temperatures but no rain, and this helps delay the ripening of the grapes.
Harvest 2025
The 2025 harvest begins 10 days earlier than normal, but the drop in temperature in September slows down the evolution and we can harvest the grapes slowly, waiting for the optimal moment for each estate and with a good balance.

Elaboration and ageing
Manual harvesting, selecting the grapes in the vineyard. A second selection is made before destemming 100% of the grapes. A rigorous third selection is carried out, berry by berry, on the table in the winery. Part of the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks and the other part in French oak vats. After two weeks of maceration, we press, retaining only the bleed for Salanques. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, we transfer the wine to barrels.Aging: 12 to 14 months in first, second and third year French oak barrels.

Vintage 2022
The 2022 climate will be remembered especially for its warmth, and above all, for its persistence throughout the summer. A summer that also started early, with positive temperature anomalies of more than 2 degrees Celsius since May. The lack of precipitation is also notable: although the July storms helped to stem the tide, the lack of water was evident throughout the year. Despite these conditions, the vines showed strong resistance to water stress and kept the fruit in perfect condition.

Poboleda is known as “the fresher” and this wine wants to explain why. Days of Mediterranean sun that mature the grapes and continental nights that preserve the acidity and the aromas. Our Vi de Vila makes it clear how special Poboleda Grenaches are. An explosion of fresh fruit with a light and vibrant feeling in the mouth.
Fine, delicate and persistence.

Vintage 2023
2023 was another dry and warm year. The first part of the year was very rainy and the vines had a very poor budding. This accumulated drought and the abnormal heat for the time caused flowering to be advanced by 15 days and the plants began to suffer too early. The change came at the end of spring in the form of rain. Between the months of May and June, 150 liters fell in Poboleda and made the difference for the rest of the year. The vine shoots doubled in length, the grapes swelled and the plants regained strength and vigor. A couple of storms that fell well in the summer finished it off and allowed the vines to reach the end of ripening strong.
Harvest 2023
The 2023 harvest began 10 days earlier than usual. However, the plants were well loaded with grapes and had water reserves, which allowed ripening to be slower and not to be rushed any further.
