Fermented in stainless steel with aging on lees for 3 months.

Vintage 2018

With a snowfall in February, 2018 has been a year of abundant spring and autumn rainfall, with records well above average. A July and August with very high temperature peaks during the day. A warm September, refreshed again by the rain to obtain a healthy, tasty and very balanced grape.
